Food Trip: BRGR: The Burger Project
One late night, at around 11 in the evening, my colleagues and I were craving for Filipino food. Where were we to find good Pinoy food at 11 in the evening? Well, I knew just the place.
Fast forward. Just a few text messages and a phone call afterwards, we were on our way to Pino. Pino will remain open until we get to the resto. Thanks to PJ and the very friendly personnel who picked up the phone. Read about PINO here.
PJ, one of the owners was at Pino. He confirmed that he and Pino’s co-owners have another joint venture (read: another apart from Muruve. Read about Muruve here). This new venture is aptly named BRGR Project.
The BRGR Project which recently opened along Maginhawa Street, Quezon City, ensures the creation of your perfect burger. Guests can customize their burgers to their own liking — from poppy seeds/potato bun, tofu/all beef patty, fourteen toppings and sauces, four kinds of cheese, etc.
Thanks PJ for introducing BRGR Project! I’ll be back later for my MyMai Mushroom Melt.
(sidnote: Mody, they have tofu patty. Forget your diet. I’m going back later. Let’s go! Bring Oni and Vi with you.)
