Food Trip: Chef Laudico Bistro
I am not a big fan of buffets primarily because of 2 reasons:
- I don’t think I can eat much in such a small time interval
- I don’t find food exposed to several strangers sanitary enough (read: food exposed for 3 to 4 hours).
Until I experienced Chef Laudico Brunch Bistro for myself. I stayed at the resto for 2 hours!
Bistro Filipino showcases Filipino cuisine in a different modern perspective, but preserves its traditional flavors. Servings are served half the original size but you can order for as many plates as you want. Note that you would be charged PHP 100 if you leave some food on your plate.
Excellent and elegant ambiance.
Ubod Spring Roll + Arroz Caldo
I heart Chef Laudico Bistro. I’m planning to go back in September to try out more dishes. Who wants to join me?
