Travel: Resorts World Manila at Newport City
Newport City is a new 25-hectare resort-inspired city in Metro Manila. It is a 24×7 entertainment city housing two new luxury hotels (Maxims and Marriott), a casino, restaurants (two are currently open — Mercado Restaurant which has buffet and The Noodle House), bars (one is open at the casino area — Bar 360), and a luxury mall. Newport City is located across Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3.
Resorts World is the building which houses both Maxims Hotel and the Leisure/Gaming area of Newport City. Though the gaming facility is the centerpiece of the entire development, it is still noteworthy that Resorts World has been designed to cater to gamers and non-gamers, given that world-class entertainment, good food, and excellent wine, are all available for  all adults who are 21 years old and above.
Case in point, after filing my Resorts World membership, we spent our late Saturday afternoon playing at the slot machines area and the horse-racing zone. We had buffet dinner at Mercado and watched performances of several artists.

Condos in Newport City
In as much as I wanted to post pictures of Mercado restaurant, I couldn’t. I had to leave my cam at the casino’s baggage counter, as the restaurant is inside the gaming area.
Hope the pictures above suffice.
