Food Trip: Le Souffle

The company I work for requires all managers and up to take at least one 10-day leave on an annual basis. It was June 2009, couldn’t go out of the country due to the A H1N1 flu scare. Hence, I decided to spend Arman’s bday at Le Souffle instead.
Coming from Anabelle’s (to buy Arman’s dad food), we had to drive to Makati. Lo and behold – traffic was at a standstill! We left Anabelle’s Tomas Morato at 8PM. We got to Le Souffle Rockwell at 11 PM.
Good thing I reserved a table for us several days in advance. The kitchen was already closed, but Restaurant Manager Raquel had it opened just to ensure that we get served. Talk about great customer experience. Kudos Miss Raquel. You made two hungry souls extremely happy that day. Love your excellent service. Love your great food.
Love love love Le Souffle. Hence, we went back a week after to experience the great gastronomic adventure again. We’ll be back soon.

Love love love Le Souffle. We went back a week after – – earlier this time (at around 4 PM) – – to experience the great gastronomic adventure again. We’ll definitely be back in early 2010. Can’t wait.
